Hot Yoga Sculpt
Heated to 98-105 degrees. Vinyasa flow class, which uses breath to movement integrating the body + mind connection. Instructors will give modifications as well as options to take postures to a new level.
High intensity yoga flow with body weight and high repetition weighted exercises. It will get your blood pumping and muscles firing, while stretching and lengthening through the yoga portions. This class is a non impact format. Heated at 98.
Hot Barre Xpress
Candle Lit Yin
Heated to 98-105 degrees. 45 minutes, low impact exercises, total body workout + high reps + pulsing
Heated to 85 degrees. This relaxing, meditative, candle-lit yoga class targets the deep tissue, fascia, ligaments, joint capsules and tendons to promote circulation and flexibility in the body. Passive postures are held for extended periods in this class, stimulating the channels of subtle body and promoting inward focus.
Hot HIIT
Heated to 98-100. This class is our highest intensity class. We use weights, bands, sliders, and combine it with cardio moves to build strength and burn calories. This is not a yoga class
